The class focuses on lengthening and stretching the muscles, focusing on the lower body – inner thigh muscles, rear thigh, pelvic joint and lower back.
Use of accessories and personal support for those who need it.
The class is adapted to each and every one and allows increasing and expanding the body’s range of motion, preventing injuries and helping to strengthen and shape the body.
