A class that combines movement from the East and the West of the world, the practice of yoga and pilates together. In this class you will experience core muscle strengthening, muscle lengthening, dynamic transitions between exercises and positions. The breathing principles of both yoga and pilates will be covered during the class. At the end of the class you will feel longer, stronger and calmer.
