The method was defined by its founder as a “return to natural movement” and its goal is to learn to perfect the ability to move by expanding a person’s self-awareness of their body.
The class is a slow movement class.
Through slowing down and listening, while moving, the ability to notice how everyone’s personal body works develops.
During the practice the range of the body increases, you can move very easily and with less effort.
