My teaching journey started in 2017 when I participated in yoga therapy and alignment training. I believe that yoga has the power to heal, shift and expand the boundaries of who we are.
Starting with a physical practice and expanding toward a deeper more conscious path of how we can walk through our lives, a path that will make us better humans toward ourselves and towards others. To live a life that prevents dis-ease and to be more aware of our actions and reactions, understanding more deeply who we are. This is yoga to me. One can start on the mat with the physical asana practice, which can be the gateway a lot of us need to transition and understand that the true nature of yoga happens when we step off the mat. To become present and more aware of each moment and interaction within ourselves and with others.
After my 1st training I started teaching at Suryalila Yoga Retreat center in Spain, which opened me up to a wider variety of modalities of Yoga, Spirituality and movement. I completed my second training in Vinyasa and started to travel around the world teaching Vinyasa and Yin yoga. I landed in Israel in 2019 and started to teach at Studio Naim Haifa. Now I live in the Aravah desert and continue to guide, teach and share what I can to my students.
The ultimate goal of yoga for me is to create unity within yourself and unity towards those who surround you. To be in a balanced and harmonious state. Luckily there are so many pathways to choose that yoga can be accessible to all. Whether vinyasa, ashtanga or yin, meditation or pranayama I believe each person can follow the path that they are drawn to, the one which will help to deepen their connection with themselves.
I hope my classes can be a way to express movement creatively while also allowing stillness and introspection, so that each practitioner can be curious, explore deeper and create balance and be more at peace when walking their own unique journey through life.
