Our fitness classes are divided into different types, including HIIT, functional training and shape&tone classes.
The functional training and HIIT classes combine strength exercises based on weights and body weight, together with a variable heart rate.
The training is usually performed at a relatively high intensity.
In shape&tone classes we will mainly focus on shaping goals, strengthening core muscles and the the pelvic area. These are classes that are usually characterized by low-medium intensity. You can find many similarities between these classes and Pilates.
