Acrobalance is a combination of acrobatics, balance and movement that comes from the world of the circus. Through play and research with the body we discover interesting ways to enjoy our body.
At Acrobalance we will learn to trust ourselves, get stronger, be flexible and move in a particularly fun atmosphere.
There is no need to practice with a partner or with previous experience. The classes will include different levels of challenge for complete beginners and experienced practitioners.
