I’m Or. I am a dancer, as well as a teacher for dancing and vinyasa yoga. I Live in Tel-Aviv. Yoga has entered my life during my dance studies, and opened up another possibility for me to meet my body in a new way, in which listening to the body and mind creates something special and deep. The two worlds of movement that exist in me, yoga and dance, influence each other and develop together; When I teach yoga, I emphasize precision and giving deep attention to movement, along with flow, which I recognize from dance. Even when I dance, I recognize how yoga guides me, with breathing and a forgiving perspective over my body. Another thing yoga taught me is that I will always be a student, in every element of my life. This understanding, through which I practice and teach, creates in me the desire to be constantly curious about the body and movement, and for me this is a life changing understanding. I continue to learn and deepen, from different teachers for both yoga and dance. The yoga classes I teach from the comfort of my own home combine movement and breathing, flow and precision, as well as a physical challenge within which we will seek harmony and freedom in our bodies.
