Namaste. I’m an Olah Khadasha from India, the land of origin for Yoga. That said, I consider myself an “Accidental Yogini “. After years of living a typical high stress + high pay corporate life, I decided to take care of my body and mind post my 3rd delivery. Experimenting with gym workouts, aerobics, cardio and finally yoga. That’s where I found my perfect balance of mind, body and spirit. I went on to do my YTT course with The Yoga Institute (Mumbai), the oldest organized yoga institute in the world, and further enhanced my learnings with advanced yoga and therapy yoga from Shiv Holistics (Mumbai). I am also a Reiki level -1 practitioner and an avid believer in energy healing and positive thinking. Over the course of my stay in Israel, I further enhanced my learnings with doing a few more YTT programs. I am now a certified Yin Yoga teacher, Kids Yoga teacher and learnt Prenatal Yoga.
I’ve had a successful and very fulfilling career back home in India as a Yoga Teacher and I’m here in Israel now excited to share the benefits of this ancient practice. Besides yoga my other passions are reading, gardening and music. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat!
